excess stock electronic components

Kelian Components purchases excess stock electronic components, including surplus inventory from production changes, order cancellations, or warehouse clearances. We evaluate parts based on part numbers, quantities, date codes, and packaging condition.

What We Buy

We purchase excess stock electronic components that are no longer needed in your production line or warehouse. This typically includes surplus inventory resulting from design revisions, cancelled orders, over-purchasing, or end-of-life product transitions.

The materials we evaluate include:

  • Integrated circuits (ICs), microcontrollers, and processors
  • Passive components such as capacitors, resistors, and inductors
  • Connectors, relays, and switches
  • Discrete semiconductors like diodes, transistors, and MOSFETs
  • Memory modules and storage ICs

Evaluation Criteria

When you submit a list of excess stock, our purchasing team reviews the following details to determine if the material fits our current requirements:

  • Part numbers: Exact manufacturer part numbers are required for accurate identification.
  • Quantities: The total available volume per line item.
  • Date codes: Newer date codes generally have broader market demand. Older stock is still reviewed, but age affects usability.
  • Packaging: Original factory packaging (tubes, reels, trays) in unopened, undamaged condition is preferred. Loose or repackaged parts require additional verification.
  • Manufacturer: Components from established manufacturers are easier to place back into the supply chain.

Preparing Your Inventory List

To speed up the review process, provide a clear spreadsheet or document containing the manufacturer part number, quantity, date code, and manufacturer name for each item. If you have photos of the packaging or labels, including them helps us assess the physical condition of the goods without unnecessary delays.

Once we receive your list, Kelian Components will review the data against current market needs and respond with feedback on which items can be purchased.
