Electronic Component Buyback

Kelian Components purchases excess electronic component inventory, including ICs, connectors, and passive parts. We evaluate stock based on part numbers, quantities, date codes, and packaging condition to determine buyback eligibility.

What We Buy Back

We purchase surplus and excess electronic components from manufacturers, distributors, EMS providers, and other businesses managing inventory. The focus is on parts that retain value in the open market or production supply chains.

  • Integrated circuits (ICs), microcontrollers, FPGAs, and memory chips
  • Passive components such as capacitors, resistors, and inductors
  • Connectors, relays, switches, and electromechanical parts
  • Discrete semiconductors including diodes, transistors, and MOSFETs
  • Power management modules and voltage regulators

How Inventory Is Evaluated

To process an electronic component buyback request efficiently, we need specific details about your stock. Our evaluation relies on the following information:

  • Part numbers: Complete manufacturer part numbers for every line item.
  • Quantities: Exact counts per part number.
  • Date codes: Production dates printed on the components or their labels. Newer date codes generally hold more market value.
  • Packaging condition: Whether parts are in original factory-sealed packaging, unsealed but unused, or loose. Original tape-and-reel, tube, or tray packaging is preferred.
  • Manufacturer: The original brand of the components.

Providing a structured spreadsheet with these details allows us to review your inventory faster than processing unformatted lists or photos alone.

Preparing Your Stock for Buyback

Before submitting your inventory for electronic component buyback, verify that the physical stock matches your list. Mixed lots where different part numbers share the same reel or box require sorting before they can be accurately assessed. Ensure that moisture-sensitive devices (MSDs) have been stored according to their handling requirements, as improper storage affects usability and value.

If you have documentation such as original purchase invoices or certificates of conformance (CoC), include them with your submission. While not always mandatory, traceability documents help confirm the origin of the parts during our review.

Submission Process

Contact Kelian Components with your inventory list. Once received, our team reviews the part numbers against current market demand and checks the provided specifications. If the stock meets our purchasing criteria, we will follow up with the next steps regarding logistics and transaction details.
