Yes. Kelian does not set a fixed minimum submission quantity. Small lots of higher-value ICs can be evaluated by part number, and other small lots can first be reviewed from a list and photos. In Shenzhen, delivery or collection can be discussed; elsewhere, courier or freight is arranged according to value, packing, and transport cost. Please obtain an evaluation before shipping.
